Bookings & quotes

Quotes are provided free of charge and are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may be confirmed on-site once the technician has assessed the job.

Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible.

Our service

• We use professional equipment and eco-friendly, non-toxic products.
• Results can vary depending on the age, material and condition of the item being cleaned.
• Some stains and wear may be permanent; we will always give an honest assessment.

Satisfaction

If you are not happy with an area we have cleaned, please tell us within 48 hours and we will do our best to put it right.

Liability

We are fully insured. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where required otherwise by law.
